As everyone well knows, many rivers flooded throughout Oregon in February, 1996. The Tualatin River was no exception, and the city of Tualatin got flooded. I trotted on down the day after and took a few photos for posterity. There's nothing all that grand here, just a few shots of an intersection and the local grocery store.
